Just Christmas and Birthday Cards #43

This week there's again a wonderful sketch at Just Christmas and Birthday Cards and I took the chance to make a birthday card for my grandmother's birthday on Saturday.

Project Tuesday : Treat Box

This week there is a challenge on Project Tuesday making a trat box.
I've done for a very lovely person who has helped me a lot.
As it is Sunday the trat box isn't filled yet.

Diese Woche soll bei Project Tuesday eine sogenannte Treat Box gemacht werden, also eine kleine Box, die mit Süßis gefüllt wird.
Ich habe diese für eine ganz liebe Person gemacht, die mir unlängst geholfen hat.
Da es Sonntag ist und ich nichts passendes als Füllung zu Hause habe ist diese hier noch nciht befüllt.

Fun with Shapes #18 & Color Create

At Color Create you should use ruby, gold and cream and I took the opportunity to make a "thank you card" according to sketch #18 of Fun with Shapes for someone who helped me last Friday.
The sentence at the bottom means something like "we're all angels with only one wing; to fly we need to hug each other".

Diese Woche sollten rot, creme und gold bei Color Create genutzt werden.
Ich habe den Sketch #18 von Fun with Shapes dazu genutzt, einer ganz lieben Person eine Dankeskarte zu machen, die mir letzten Freitag geholfen hat.

Teen Terrors at Tilda & Friends ATC Challenges

That's this week's theme at Tilda & Friends and I used my brand new teenager stamp (looks like my grandfather as he was a young man *lol*).

Some challenges again

I needed to create a "get well soon card" for one of my colleagues who has a broken leg.
I've chosen an arabian phrase meaning "patience is the key to happyness" (in German words) as she isn't very patient at the moment.
I took the sketch of Unscripted Sketches #20 and the theme blue/brown from Paperminutes or turquoise/brown of The Secret Crafters Saturday Challenge.
At Papertake Weekly there is the 100th anniversary and you can pick up any of the 99 challenges before and I've chosen the one of Monday, 19th January 2009 which means "Shape up!" and you should use 3 shapes as I've done on my card.

So see my card and enjoy it as much as I did.

Diese Woche habe ich wieder kombiniert, und da das Thema bei Paperminutes und SCSC identisch war, ahbe ich die "Gute-Besserungs-Karte" für unsere Kollegin mit Beinbruch in blau/braun (bzw. türkis/braun) gehalten.
Der Spruch passt zu ihr, denn geduldig ist sie momentan nicht wirklich.
Beim Papertake Weekly Jubiläum habe ich mir den 19.1.2009 rausgepickt, da sollten nämlich drei "shapes" genutzt werden, und die habe ich ja gut untergebracht auf dem Sketch von Unscripted Sketches.

Ich hoffe, euch macht die Karte genauso viel Spaß beim Ansehen wie mir beim Basteln.

One Stop Craf Challenge #42

I was inspired by Betty and her boxes and the fan fold flowers at Splitcoast Stampers which were also used by Donny of the design team.
It was my first try on this flowers.

At Simon Says Stamps Challenges you could work on either project you like but not making cards.
I took out my shrink plastic and made some "shrimkies" to swap them at the "Stempel-Mekka" fair in September.
